MILITARY BUS AGREEMENT<br />

The undersigned, an officer of the above named company (hereinafter referred to as the<br />

Carrier), agrees to the terms and conditions of this <strong>Agreement</strong> (effective October 1, 1997) as the<br />

basis for the transportation of passengers in scheduled charter bus, van or limo service for the<br />

Department of Defense.<br />

The <strong>Agreement</strong> is made with the understanding that the Department of Defense is under<br />

no obligation to assign any traffic to the Carrier. It will be effective on the date signed by the<br />

Passenger Programs Branch, Deputy Chief of Staff for Passenger & Personal Property and will<br />

remain in effect until terminated in writing by either party.<br />
