Supply and lay approved sub-base material (
Kurkar) of 15 cm thickness for the sidewalks in one
layer with CBR.> 30%, watering and compaction up
to 98% maximum dry density according to modified
proctor test. the work includes all tests as per
specifications & Engineer Instructions
Supply & lay pre-cast concrete curbstones for
sidewalks (15x30x80 cm) including all necessary
excavations, compaction to 98% of MDD and
compacted Existing crushed stone 15 cm thick,
B250 plain concrete foundation (27x12cm) under
the curb and (12x21cm) behind, spreading 2 cm
mortar under the curb, filling joints between curbs
with cement mortar and painting with one prime
coat and two finishing coats of approved brand
name painting material ,expansion joint every 12 mr
with selotex board and filling 3cm with seka flex
,all according to drawing and technical
specifications.
Supply, install and compact of interlock tiles 8 cm
thick, The price include supply and spread dune
sand 5 cm thick under interlock, all the required
tests, all works are according to specifications,
Drawings and Engineer instructions.
Construct reinforced concrete retaining walls, beams
or any structural element as instructed by the
Engineer including all necessary excavations &
filling dune sand to the required level, B300
concrete & expansion joint at 12m interval with
selotex board all in accordance with the
specification & drawings.
Supply and construct storm water collection gullies
with length of 3.0m at least, as detailed in drawings
constructed of reinforced concrete B300 , including
cast iron grills, benching, excavation and
backfilling with clean sand and compaction, remove
the surplus soil to the tip as shown in the drawings
and according to the specifications and the
engineer’s instructions.
