Based in South London, Kode9’s hyperdub sound is difficult to define, sometimes with beats,
sometimes without, sometimes with a vocalist, sometimes without, the only continuity is the
heavy sub bass.

Singer/Songwriter
Mick can best be described (if you have to go there) as a folk rock singer/songwriter. He’s an
experienced performer, having toured extensively in Ireland, parts of the US, Israel and assorted
other places of interest. Currently, he continues to perform in and about Ireland before sold-out
crowds.

DOUBLETIME!
1930’s/40’s style swing dance club
A night of hot swing jazz with DJ Gary Baus. Jump, jive, romp, and stomp to the best big band
swing of the ’30s and ’40s. With visuals from vintage ‘soundies’ and movies like ‘Hellzapoppin’,
it’s going to be a wonderful celebration of African-American music and dance of the early 20th
century. Not to be missed!

THE FOX HUNT (USA) + THE HENRY GIRLS (IRE)

The Henry Girls - Joleen, Lorna and Karen McLaughlin - are three sisters from
Inishowen in Co. Donegal. Their music is an eclectic mix of folk, blues and traditional
Irish, with “spine-tingling” three part harmonies.
West Virginia natives, The Fox Hunt play fiddle-centered stringband and original
country music through a single condenser microphone. They have a rough and rowdy stage show,
constantly trading off roles by switching up instruments, exchanging vocals, or harmonizing in
the background, all while weaving in and out of the microphone.
