MIG WELDING MACHINE IS<br />
ROBUST AND VERSATILE<br />
ESAB can offer the Origo Mig 320<br />
step-switched power source for MIG/MAG<br />
welding. This robustly constructed machine is<br />
both powerful and versatile, delivering 320A at<br />
a 30 per cent duty cycle and capable of being<br />
used with interconnection cables up to 35m<br />
long. Different mounting options enable the<br />
Origo Feed 302 wire feeder to be mounted<br />
on the power source or separately, depending<br />
on the application requirements.<br />
A combination of proven technologies, a<br />
rugged galvanised casing and special software<br />
deliver high reliability, even in tough industrial<br />
environments. To make the machine easy to<br />
move, ESAB has equipped it with large wheels<br />
and an undercarriage that is designed for lifting<br />
with a fork lift truck.<br />
ESAB’s Origo Mig 320 can be used with a<br />
choice of three-phase electricity supplies.<br />
The setting range is from 40A/16V to 320A/30V,<br />
enabling the power source to deliver outstanding<br />
welding characteristics with a variety of filler<br />
materials and shielding gases. All types of cored<br />
wires can be used with the Origo Mig 320.<br />
An optional digital meter provides an easy-to-read<br />
and accurate display of the welding parameters,<br />
which remains on the screen even after welding<br />
has finished. Other accessories for the Origo<br />
Mig 320 include an air filter, cable holder, transformer<br />
for a CO 2 heater, a stabiliser and interconnection<br />
cables ranging in length from 1.7 to 35m.<br />

combination of options is selected, all TXH TIG<br />
torches are fully compatible with ESAB’s TIG<br />
welding machines that are equipped with an<br />
OKC connection.<br />
ESAB is launching the TXH range of TIG<br />
torches for welders who want the best quality<br />
torch with features that truly meet the needs<br />
of their applications. Designed with the<br />
operator in mind, the torches are easy and<br />
comfortable to use.<br />
The compact TXH TIG torches are particularly<br />
suitable for applications where access is<br />
difficult, yet ergonomics and performance<br />
remain uncompromised. In addition, their<br />
rugged construction ensures that the torches<br />
give trouble-free operation with minimal<br />
maintenance.<br />
Five models of TXH torch are available with<br />
60 per cent duty cycles ranging from 120A to<br />
400A, the smaller models being air-cooled<br />
and the larger ones having water cooling.<br />
Customers can specify whether or not the<br />
torch has an integral gas valve and a flexible<br />
neck, plus there is a range of around 40<br />
