• Jetulio UERA y Paskay @ Leo PAGADUAN, listed No. 14 in the Top 20 Most Wanted Persons in the municipality of Pantabangan, Nueva Ecija and Jorge VILLAJUAN y Guevarra were arrested at about 9:30 in the evening of September 19, 2010 during a police operation conducted by joint elements of Tarlac CIDT led by PCINSP RICHARD V CABALLERO, PIIB, TPPO led by PSUPT BAYANI RAZALAN and Bamban Police Station at Brgy Banaba, Bamban, Tarlac. Confiscated from their possession were one (1) caliber 9mmmarked “PARABELLUM”SN: B44555 with one magazine loaded with thirteen (13) live ammos and one (1) Caliber 45 pistol marked “METRO FIRESTORMs” with SN: M00033 with one magazine loaded with six (6) live ammos. • The operation was based on the report of concerned citizens regarding the presence of armed men on board a Nissan pick-up colored white with plate number WAM-777 travelling along the road of said barangay. During the arrest, the suspects failed to present any documents pertaining to the legality of their carried firearms. The arrested suspects were immediately apprised of their constitutional rights under Miranda Doctrine. Inquest case for Violation of PD 1866 as amended by RA 8294 against the arrested suspects was filed before the Tarlac Provincial Prosecutor’s Office under NPS Docket No. III-18-INQ-10I- 0156. 4. ARREST OF NO. 3 MWP IN LABO, CAMARINES NORTE • On September 16, 2010, elements of Camarines Norte CIDT-5RCIDU of this Group together with Labo MPS implemented Warrant of Arrest in CC Nos. 2010-1958 and 2010-1957 issued by Hon. Rolando De Lemios Bobis, Judge of RTC Branch 64, Labo, Camarines Norte for violation of Sections 11 and 12, Article II of RA 9165 with bail recommended of Php 200,000.00 and Php 80,000.00 respectively, which resulted to the arrest of Luzviminda RASCO y De Jesus, 41 years old at at P4, Brgy. Malasugui. Labo, Camarines Norte. Suspect is No. 3 in the List of Most Wanted Person in Labo, Camarines Norte for the Month of September 2010. 5. ARREST OF NO. 2 MWP IN LABO, CAMARINES NORTE • On September 16, 2010, elements of Camarines Norte CIDT-5RCIDU of this Group together with Labo MPS implemented Warrant of Arrest in CC No. 09-1792 issued by Hon. Rolando De Lemios Bobis, Judge of RTC Branch 64, Labo, Camarines Norte for the crime of Rape in relation to RA 7610, which resulted in the arrest of David HERNANDEZ y Ecaro, 34 years old at Purok 4-A, Brgy. Tulay na Lupa, Labo, Camarines Norte. Suspect is listed as No. 2 Most Wanted Person in the Municipality of Labo, Camarines Norte. 16 Groups’ Accomplishment Report

ARREST OF NO. 6 MWP IN SINILOAN, LAGUNA • On September 12, 2010, elements of Laguna CIDT-4ARCIDU of this Group together with Siniloan MPS implemented Warrant of Arrest in CC No. 7113 issued by Hon. Agripino C. Morga, Judge of RTC Branch 33, Siniloan, Laguna for violation of Section 11, Article II of RA 9165, which resulted in the arrest of Elmer FARSARIO y Asilo, 38 years old at Don Felipe Subdivision, Mariposa Street, Brgy. Mendiola, Siniloan, Laguna. Suspect is No. 6 in the List of Most Wanted Person in the Municipality of Siniloan, Laguna. 7. ARREST OF NO. 3 MWP IN DAET, CAMARINES NORTE • JUAN ARNEL SALVACION Y SABILLANO @ KABANG –Nr 3 MMWP in Daet, Camarines Nortefor the month of August 2010 - Arrested on September 8, 2010 at about 9:00 a.m. at P6, Bgy San Isidro, Daet, Camarines Norte by virtue of Warrant of Arrest in CC Nrs 14315 and 14316 for Rape in relation to RA 7610 issued by RTC Br 40, Daet, Camarines Norte. Subject person was turned over to court of origin. 8. SURRENDER OF MAGUINDANAO MASSACRE SUSPECT • This pertains to the voluntary surrender to DSOD of this Group of PO1 Narkouk Duloan MASCUD, formerly assigned with 1508 th Maguindanao PPMG, one of the accused in the Maguindanao Massacre for Murder (56 counts). • Sometime on March 2010, subject accused while under the custody of HSS Camp Crame, Quezon City allegedly asked permission to visit his family at Poblacion, Midsayap, North Cotabato in order to attend to his ailing wife but failed to return for custody to HSS. • Allegedly, on the 2 nd week of August 2010, after learning that he has already a bounty on his head, his father, Mr. Mongang Duloan contacted a relative in the person of MAJOR DANTE D. ANGAGAO (INF) PA, Assistant Commandant of the Civil Military Operations School, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City who could help facilitate his surrender to authorities. • In turn, MAJOR ANGAGAO contacted his former student at the CMO School in the person of PCINSP ELY F LUMBAO who was assigned at PNP-PCRG and the latter informed PCSUPT CIPRIANO E QUEROL, AL HAJ, Director, PCRG on the intention of PO1 MASCUD to surrender. • On August 31, 2010 at about 9:30 A.M., PO1 Narkouk Duloan MASCUD was turned-over to DSOD by PCI LUMBAO and MAJOR ANGAGAO. Verification on his PNP Identification Card revealed that PO1 MASCUD was one and the same person stated in the Alias Warrant of Arrest in CC Nos. Q-09-162148-72, Q-09-162216-31 and Q-10-162652-66 issued by Hon.
