ADMINISTRATION<br />
1. This Development Permit is issued subject to compliance with all of the bylaws of the<br />
Regional District Okanagan-Similkameen appli<strong>ca</strong>ble thereto, except as specifi<strong>ca</strong>lly<br />
varied or supplemented by this Permit.<br />
2. The land described shall be developed strictly in accordance with the terms and<br />
conditions and provisions of this Permit, and any plans and specifi<strong>ca</strong>tions attached to<br />
this Permit that shall form a part thereof.<br />
3. Where there is a conflict between the <strong>permit</strong> and <strong>permit</strong> drawings and/or figures, the<br />
<strong>permit</strong> figures stand.<br />
4. This Development Permit is not a Building Permit.<br />
5. No signage or lands<strong>ca</strong>ping has been approved under this <strong>permit</strong>. A separate <strong>permit</strong> is<br />
required for signage and lands<strong>ca</strong>ping.<br />
APPLICABILITY<br />
6. This Development Permit applies to and only to those lands within the Regional District<br />
described below, and any and all buildings, structures and other <strong>development</strong> thereon:<br />
CONDITIONS<br />
Lot 1, Plan 12468, District Lot 374, SDYD, and as shown at Schedules ‘X-1’, ‘X-2’,<br />
‘X-3’, ‘X-4’, ‘X-5 & ‘X-6’.<br />
7. Development Guidelines<br />
(a) In accordance with Section 17.4 of the East Skaha, Vaseux Official Community Plan<br />
Bylaw No. 2454, 2008, the proposed <strong>development</strong> shall be in general compliance<br />
with the Guidelines under subsection 17.4.4.<br />

issued within two years after the date it is issued, the <strong>permit</strong> lapses.<br />
