Biodiversity Initiative (EBI), is the result
of a collaborative effort by representatives
of the nine member companies
and conservation organizations of the
Initiative. The views expressed herein

EBI members recognize that there
is a continuing public debate around
biodiversity conservation and oil and
gas operations. Although EBI was not
intended to resolve all the issues involved
in this debate, we believe the
EBI products and process will make
a significant contribution to constructive
dialogue to accompany that
