opened by His Excellency<br />
S R Nathan, President of<br />
Singapore in a grand light-up<br />
ceremony on 3 <strong>January</strong><br />
<strong>2008</strong> involving spectacular<br />
pyrotechnics across its<br />
250-m span.<br />
