Work has commenced for<br />
Asia’s iconic waterfront<br />
residences, Reflections at<br />
<strong>Keppel</strong> Bay, with a<br />
groundbreaking ceremony<br />
held on 8 <strong>January</strong> <strong>2008</strong>. At<br />
the ceremony, Mr Teo Soon<br />
Hoe, Senior Executive<br />
Director and Group Finance<br />
Director of <strong>Keppel</strong><br />
<strong>Corporation</strong>, announced<br />
that the main contract for<br />
Reflections at <strong>Keppel</strong> Bay,<br />
worth about $1 billion, has<br />
been awarded to Woh Hup.<br />
The 1,129-unit premier<br />
waterfront development is<br />
expected to be completed by<br />
2013. Mr Teo said, “We<br />
intend to bring together<br />
some of the finest names and<br />
brands in the industry to lend<br />
their signature quality to our<br />
developments at <strong>Keppel</strong> Bay.<br />
That is the reason why we<br />
have spared no efforts in<br />
going for the best to ensure<br />
that the waterfront<br />
residences at Reflections at<br />
<strong>Keppel</strong> Bay enjoy the highest<br />
quality in terms of fittings<br />
and fixtures, installation and<br />
features.<br />
“We are therefore happy to<br />
announce that we have<br />
awarded to Woh Hup the<br />
main contract amounting<br />
to some $1 billion for<br />
Reflections at <strong>Keppel</strong> Bay.<br />

The first phase of Reflections<br />

has been sold out and its<br />
much anticipated second<br />
phase is expected to be<br />
launched some time this<br />
