In order to support you further DENTSPLY offers an Ash quality
guarantee on most Ash Instruments ensuring maximum return on
your investment. The Ash quality guarantee protects you against
any manufacturing and material defects, including corrosion.
DENTSPLY Ash Lifetime Guarantee
DENTSPLY is delighted to offer a Lifetime Guarantee on DENTSPLY
Ash Forceps, guaranteeing against defects in materials and
manufacturing. If your Ash Forceps should fail or are damaged
due to a manufacturing or workmanship defect, DENTSPLY will
repair or replace the product without charge once the faulty
product is returned to DENTSPLY.
DENTSPLY Ash 5 Year Guarantee
DENTSPLY will repair or replace, for a period of five years
following the date of purchase, most DENTSPLY Ash restorative
instruments (full list available in terms and conditions) that fails as
a result of material failure (including corrosion) or manufacturing
defect of the instrument. During the five years following purchase,
if a product fails due to a manufacturing defect, DENTSPLY will
replace the product without charge if the faulty instrument is
returned with proof of date of purchase.
DENTSPLY Ash 2 Year Guarantee
DENTSPLY will repair or replace, for a period of two years
following the date of purchase, most DENTSPLY periodontal
instruments (full list available in terms and conditions) that fails as
a result of material failure (including corrosion) or manufacturing
defect of the instrument. During the two years following purchase,
if a product fails due to a manufacturing defect, DENTSPLY will
replace the product without charge if the faulty instrument is
returned with proof of date of purchase.
