Stay Cool with the Pool Rules
The 2012 pool season is almost here and the gates will open beginning in May to welcome each of you out to
enjoy all we have to offer at both the Community Center Pool and the Village Hall Pool. You will find an entire
section online regarding pool rules, dates of operation, hours of operation and swim team meet dates.
Please reference the Frequently Asked Questions below for additional details!
Baxter’s Many Amenities
For so many families our amenities and activities are the core of what life in Baxter means to them. Please remember that
the prompt payment of your dues, whether at the end of the year or at the time of the biannual installments, is crucial to
maintaining the health of our community, amenities and activities. On a similar note, any residents that are delinquent
with payment of Association fees are kindly reminded that you will be suspended from amenity use and Community
Events requiring an RSVP. If you have any questions please contact the Baxter Community Association office.
Pool Parties & Gathering of Groups
As a general rule the pool is limited to resident families and up to 5 of their guests. Please remember that you are required
to call the Association office for a pool party even if all invitees are residents because Pool Parties must be requested
and approved by Association Management to assure safety rules are understood and for planning purposes. Additional
lifeguard fees may apply. Please direct all communication regarding Pool Party Requests to kharter@comporium.net and
include your date request, your name, phone and address with your email!
Pool & Tennis Court Guest Passes
As the summer season hits, we welcome so many out of town guests, both family and friends. If you are unable to escort
your guests to the Pool or Tennis Courts during their stay, please remember that you must secure a Guest Pass for them
prior to the day of their anticipated arrival. Given the demand and residency verification that is required, Guest Passes are
not available for pick up from the Baxter Community Association office without a prior email request. Requests must be
made via email to kharter@comporium.net. Passes for the weekend should be requested no later than Tuesday the week of
when the passes will be used. Please understand that these guidelines have been developed to help everyone secure their
passes before they are in need of them as the Association office does not maintain regular weekend hours.
