4. TWY RESTRICTION<br />
4.1 TWY A - D and F width is 21m/ 69ft.<br />
4.2 TWY G is intended for day use only and with<br />
operator approval, it is not usable during LVP.<br />
5. RNAV PROC<br />
5.1 RNAV 1 based on GNSS required.<br />
5.2 Aircraft only RNAV 5 capable but able to<br />
follow the assigned route based on RNAV 1<br />
shall inform ATC at first contact.<br />
6. APRON<br />
6.1 Movement of ACFT on central apron<br />
from Exit 1/ Exit 2 is always marshalled<br />
by a signalman.<br />

6.2 Ground marshal service is not provided on<br />
Let’s Fly apron.<br />
6.3 Exit L intended for day use and ACFT<br />
of code A with wing span limit to 12m/ 39ft.<br />
6.4 Exit 3 and Exit 4 intended for day use and ACFT<br />
of code A and B with wing span limit to 20m/ 66ft.<br />
6.5 Engine startup is cleared by Mosnov TWR<br />
and can be done during push back.<br />
7. LOW VISIBILITY PROCEDURE<br />
7.1 RWY 22 is aproved LVP CAT II and for LVTO.<br />
RWY 04 is usable for LVTO.<br />
7.2 ACFT LDG on RWY 22 during CAT II operation<br />
may vacate via any TWY.<br />
7.3 ACFT DEP from RWY 04/22 shall used CAT II/III<br />
holding points on TWY A or E.<br />
7.4 Before Entring APN stop and hold on TWY F<br />
for a FOLLOW ME car.<br />
7.5 Guided TKOF is not permitted in LVTO.<br />
7.6 Strobe lighting for RWY 22 is turned on, when<br />
CAT II/III operation are in progress, on request.<br />
7.7 Simultaneous line-up RWY 22 is not permitted<br />
in LVP and LVTO.<br />
