Above-named accused was involved in the shooting-to-death of
incumbent Sangguniang Bayan Member ESTELLA VIDAD y BAGARINO, 56 years
old, married, resident of Brgy. 1, Poblacion, Currimao, Ilocos Norte that
transpired on or about 3:00 PM of October 24, 2010 at aforementioned place.

members of “MAALA” GROUP involved in Gun Running, Gun-for-Hire and
Extortion operating in the Province of Ilocos Sur and La Union and his group is
listed in the Criminal Gangs (CG) furnished by the Intelligence Division, HCIDG to
1RCIDU and also listed in the Target List of La Union CIDT, due to his notoriety.
Arrested wanted person was brought to Hqs, 1RCIDU Office located at

one of the members of “MAALA” GROUP involved in Gun Running, Gun-for-Hire
and Extortion operating in the Province of Ilocos Sur and La Union and his group

is OB listed in the Criminal Gangs (CG) furnished by the Intelligence Division,
HCIDG to 1RCIDU and also listed in the Target List of La Union CIDT, due to his
notoriety. Arrested person is connected to the group of Manuel Rivera who was
already arrested last July 16, 2011.

Pangasinan PPO and Alaminos City PS at Sitio Sabaro, Brgy Poblacion, Alaminos
City, Pangasinan by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by Hon Ma. Ellen M.
Aguilar, Acting Presiding Judge of RTC, FJR, Br 54, Alaminos City, Pangasinan
dated October 15, 2009 in CC Nrs. 5696-A to 5700-A for Rape (5 Counts) with NO

virtue of Alias Warrant of Arrest issued by
Hon. Judge Manuel L Argel, Jr., of RTC, FJR, Br 65, Laoag City, Ilocos Norte dated
August 17, 2009 in CC Nr. 13819-65 for Murder with NO Bailbond Recommended.
Subject person is Nr 14 in the Province of Ilocos Norte MWP based on the
list from Ilocos Norte PPO and Provincial Anti-Private Armed Group Task Force in
Ilocos Norte (Target List).
Further, as a consequence of the attached Executive Order No. 22-10 of
the Governor of Ilocos Norte, a Php 20,000 reward was allocated by the
Province of Ilocos Norte for his (Jonel Duyao y De Leon aka “Bong”) arrest.

elements of SATT3, Pangasinan CIDT led by PI JOEL J CUSTUDIO under the direct
supervision of PCI MODESTO F CARRERA, Provincial Officer, Pangasinan CIDT,
MIG2, Bagabag PS, Nueva Vizcaya CIDT, 2 nd RCIDU by virtue of Warrant of Arrest
issued by Hon. Judge Alicia Gonzales-Decano of RTC, FJR, Br 48, Urdaneta City,
Pangasinan dated March 31, 2003 in CC Nr. U-3636 for Murder with NO
Recommended Bailbond (Convicted).
Subject person is listed as Nr 1 in the Top Ten MWP of Urdaneta City,
Pangasinan (Municipal Level) based on the Wanted List from Urdaneta City
Police Station. Arrested wanted person was brought to 2 nd RCIDU Office for

CARRERA, Tayug PS, Pangasinan PPSC Tayug Patrol Base and 1 st RPSB 3 rd COY
based at San Manuel, Pangasinan by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by Hon.
Judge Emma S Ines-Paragas of RTC, FJR, Br 52, Tayug, Pangasinan dated August
31, 2010 in CC Nr. 4759 for Murder with NO Recommended Bailbond and CC Nr.
4850 for Attempted Murder with recommended bailbond amounting to
Php120,000.00 for his temporary liberty.
Subject person is listed as Nr 1 in the MWP of Tayug, Pangasinan (Municipal
Level) based on the Wanted List from Tayug Police Station. Arrested wanted
