SHOOTING PHOTOS/VIDEOS At the 2007 UPA Club Championships
The Ultimate Players Association (“UPA”) appreciates
the contributions and commitment of individuals seeking
to share photographs, video and audio recordings of
Events hosted by the UPA.
Family and friends may record events for
personal use.
However, anyone wishing to sell or market
their recordings in any manner to any organization
other than the UPA (including but not limited to any
sales, promotional, advertising or merchandising
uses) is required to complete a 2007 Recording
Partnership Agreement prior to being allowed to
record UPA events.
Anyone wishing to record for strictly personal use
may also be required to review and sign the agreement
to ensure that the permitted uses are understood. The
agreement is intended to protect the UPA’s rights as
an event organizer as well as to encourage and allow
recording of UPA Events for both personal and commercial
purposes beneficial to the sport and its participants. If
you are unsure about any of these policies, or would like to
obtain a copy of the agreement, please see UPA Executive
Director, Sandie Hammerly who will be on site throughout
the Club Championships.
