Die Werkstoffe im Überblick.
Von Cronix 80 bis Magnifer 50 nMg.
Hinweise für den Anwender
Die nachfolgenden Werkstofftabellen sollen eine
Entscheidungshilfe bei der Werkstoffwahl für spezifische
Anwendungen in der Elektroindustrie
sein. Bei Auftragserteilung werden die zugrundegelegten
Spezifikationen und Normen (z.B. DIN,
ASTM, BS) Bestandteil des Vertrages.
Spezifikationen und Bezeichnungen
Die Drähte sind gemäß den genannten Normen
lieferbar. Normenangaben in Klammern weisen
vorherrscht. Geringfügige Gehalte anderer
Elemente können ebenfalls vorliegen.
Mechanische Eigenschaften
Soweit die aufgeführten mechanischen Werte
nicht ausdrücklich als Mindestwerte (min.) bezeichnet
sind, handelt es sich um typische Werte.
Zeitstandeigenschaften
Die angegebenen Langzeit-Warmfestigkeiten sind
Mittelwerte des bisher erfaßten Streubereichs. Die
Mindestwerte liegen etwa 20 % unter den jeweiligen
Mittelwerten.
Notes for the user
The following tables are intended as an aid to
selection of the most suitable materials for specific
applications in the electrical industry. On placing
an order, the specifications and standards
(e.g. DIN, ASTM, BS) used as a basis become an
integral part of the contract.
Specifications and designations
The materials are available in conformity with the
standards indicated. Where a standard appears in
brackets, this signifies that Krupp VDM's data do
not conform to the standard in all respects.
Chemical composition
Where an element is shown as the "balance" of a
composition, it means that this element predominates;
other elements may be present in minimal
amounts.
Mechanical properties
The stated mechanical properties are typical
values, except those reported as minimum (min.).
Creep properties
The values correspond to the best-fit curve fitted
to the scatterband of results. The minimum
values are approximately 20 % below the listed
averages.
