Agreement for preparation of Feasibility Report of NH-12A from Jabalpur-Mandla-Chilpi to CG border The Authority has adopted a two stage selection process (collectively the “Selection Process”) in evaluating the Proposals. In the first stage, a technical evaluation will be carried out as specified in Clause 3.1. Based on this technical evaluation, a list of short-listed applicants shall be prepared as specified in Clause 3.2. In the second stage, a financial evaluation will be carried out as specified in Clause 3.3. Proposals will finally be ranked according to their combined technical and financial scores as specified in Clause 3.4. The first ranked Applicant shall be selected for negotiation (the “Selected Applicant”) while the second ranked Applicant will be kept in reserve. 1.7 Currency conversion rate and payment 1.7.1 For the purposes of technical evaluation of Applicants, Rs. 50.00 per US $ shall be considered as the applicable currency conversion rate. In case of any other currency, the same shall first be converted to US$ as on the date 60 (sixty) days prior to the Proposal Due Date, and the amount so derived in US Dollars shall be converted into Rupees at the aforesaid rate. The conversion rate of such currencies shall be the average of buying and selling rates prevailing in New York on the relevant date. 1.7.2 All payments to the Consultant shall be made in INR in accordance with the provisions of this RFP. The Consultant may convert Rupees into any foreign currency as per Applicable Laws and the exchange risk, if any, shall be borne by the Consultant. 1.8 Schedule of Selection Process The Authority would endeavour to adhere to the following schedule: Event Description Estimated Date 1.
