SHORT TERM TENDER NOTICE<br />
Item rate tenders in two bid system, i.e Technical-Commercial bid and Financial bid are <str<strong>on</strong>g>invited</str<strong>on</strong>g><br />
<str<strong>on</strong>g>by</str<strong>on</strong>g> <strong>Managing</strong> <strong>Director</strong> <str<strong>on</strong>g>SIIDCUL</str<strong>on</strong>g> from approved and eligible c<strong>on</strong>tractors <strong>of</strong> State & Central<br />
PWD, MES, Railways, Central & State Govt. undertaking for the work <strong>of</strong> Annual Operati<strong>on</strong> &<br />
Maintenance <strong>of</strong> Tipri-Madan Negi Ropeway Old Tehri Town, Uttarakhand.<br />
1.1 The work is estimated to Cost Rs. 3.75 lacs per m<strong>on</strong>th (Approx.) (Rupees Three lacs<br />
Seventy Five Thousands <strong>on</strong>ly)<br />
1.2 Eligibility Criteria for Tenderer : C<strong>on</strong>tractors who fulfill the following requirements<br />
shall be eligible to submit the Tender:<br />
1.2.1 Each member <strong>of</strong> team <strong>of</strong> bidder must have at-least three years <strong>of</strong><br />
experience in operati<strong>on</strong> and maintenance <strong>of</strong> Cable Car.<br />
1.2.2 Complete list <strong>of</strong> technically qualified pers<strong>on</strong>nel is required and life<br />
insurance <strong>of</strong> all workers/<strong>of</strong>ficers/employed/engaged with this jobs<br />
essential.<br />
1.2.3 The bidder should have experience <strong>of</strong> operati<strong>on</strong> and maintenance in<br />
Uttarakhand for at-least three years.<br />
1.2.4 Bidder should have experience <strong>of</strong> same type <strong>of</strong> work in Uttarakhand.<br />
2.0 The time allowed for carrying out the work will be 12 m<strong>on</strong>ths.<br />
3.0 The site for the work is available.<br />
4.0 The last date <strong>of</strong> receipt <strong>of</strong> applicati<strong>on</strong>s for issue <strong>of</strong> tender forms and submissi<strong>on</strong> <strong>of</strong><br />
tender documents will be as follows:<br />
i) Last date for issuing tender forms 25.12.2012 upto 16.00 hours.<br />
5.0 Tender documents c<strong>on</strong>sisting <strong>of</strong> plans, specificati<strong>on</strong>s, the schedule <strong>of</strong> quantities <strong>of</strong> the<br />
various classes <strong>of</strong> work to be d<strong>on</strong>e and the set <strong>of</strong> terms and c<strong>on</strong>diti<strong>on</strong>s <strong>of</strong> the c<strong>on</strong>tract<br />
to be complied with <str<strong>on</strong>g>by</str<strong>on</strong>g> the C<strong>on</strong>tractor whose tender may be accepted and other<br />
necessary documents, can be seen in the <strong>of</strong>fice <strong>of</strong> the <strong>Managing</strong> <strong>Director</strong>, 29-IIE (IT<br />
Park), Sahastradhara Road, Dehradun between 11.00 hours & 16.00 hours from<br />
13.12.2012 to 25.12.2012 everyday except <strong>on</strong> Sundays and Public Holidays. Tender<br />
documents will be issued from the <strong>of</strong>fice <strong>of</strong> <strong>Managing</strong> <strong>Director</strong>, 29-IIE (IT Park),<br />
Sahastradhara Road, Dehradun during the hours specified above <strong>on</strong> providing the<br />
following:-<br />

Rs.1135/- (including VAT) in cash or in the form <strong>of</strong> crossed demand<br />
draft in favour <strong>of</strong> <str<strong>on</strong>g>SIIDCUL</str<strong>on</strong>g> payable at Dehradun.
