Resolution: This sighting was observed even without the Intel ® EMGD module loaded. Investigation
determined that the issue is caused by the EHCI driver. This is a third-party defect that
cannot be fixed in graphics driver.
A possible workaround is to disable the EHCI, which is enabled by default in Fedora.
To disable EHCI:
