Phase I Environmental Site Assessment<br />
Commerce Street, identified during the site reconnaissance, is a primary<br />
highly located adjacent north <strong>of</strong> the subject site. Light duty roadways<br />
travel throughout the surrounding area. Several churches are located to<br />
the north <strong>and</strong> south-southeast.<br />
<strong>The</strong> 1992 USGS Topographic Map illustrates the subject site located<br />
within a highly developed area (Exhibit 6). East Commerce Street is a<br />
secondary highway located adjacent north <strong>of</strong> the subject site. Multiple<br />
light duty roadways are located throughout the surrounding area.<br />
5.4.2 Review <strong>of</strong> Aerial Photographs<br />
<strong>The</strong> subject site is illustrated on several exhibits in Appendix 6.<br />
• Exhibit 7 is a 1938 aerial photograph illustrating the subject site<br />
developed with a commercial structure, two (2) residential houses, <strong>and</strong><br />
a garage. East Commerce Street, identified during the site<br />
reconnaissance, is located adjacent north <strong>of</strong> the subject site, <strong>and</strong> South<br />
Hackberry Street is located adjacent east. Idaho Street, identified<br />
during the site reconnaissance is located adjacent south <strong>of</strong> the subject<br />
site. <strong>The</strong> surrounding area appears to be developed with residential<br />
<strong>and</strong>/or commercial structures.<br />
• Exhibit 8 is a 1959 aerial photograph illustrating the subject site<br />
developed with a commercial structure, two (2) residential dwellings,<br />
<strong>and</strong> a garage. South Hackberry Street appears to have been widened<br />
<strong>and</strong> repaved.<br />
