protection and will be taken<br />

This recommendation was partly met. The HSE proposed several actions in order to<br />
assist it to implement this recommendation. The first was to develop national policy<br />
that would inform the process of bringing a child into the care of the State, including<br />
a robust risk assessment process. This policy was not developed at the time of the<br />
inspection. The National Alternative <strong>Care</strong> Coordination Group was assigned the task<br />
50
