SQ implemented below e-ticket retrieval by same IATA number (through same GDS) wef<br />

1. CRS must match i.e. E-ticket issued by an Abacus agent can only be retrieved by an<br />

Abacus agent.<br />

2. IATA number of issuance PCC must match i.e. E-ticket issued can only be retrieve by<br />

issuing agent with the same IATA number.<br />

3. After this implementation by SQ, agent with branch access setup will not be allowed to<br />

retrieve SQ E-ticket record if the Abacus PCCs do not bear the same IATA number.<br />
