Lucknow, as at 31st March, 1995, and the Income and Expenditure Account and Receipts &
Payment Account for the year then ended and repol1 that subject to our comments as given
in Annexure A to this Report:
In our opinion and to the best of our information
given to us the said accounts give a \l1Je and fair view:
and according to the explanations
(i) In the case of Balance Sheet of the state of affairs of the Institute as at 31 st
March, 1995,

In the case of Income and Expenditure Account, of the excess of income over
expenditure for the year then ended, and
In the case of Receipts and Payment Account, of the receipts and payments of
the Institute for the year then ended.
