adopted. Senator Mount moved to reconsider the vote by which the<br />

report was adopted and laid the motion on the table.<br />
On page 2, at the beginning of line 24, change "(a)" to "(1)"<br />

On page 4, between lines 17 and 18, insert the following:<br />
"F. The provisions of R.S. 32:57 shall not apply to a violation<br />
of this Section. No civil penalties or court costs shall be assessed for<br />
any violation of this Section."<br />

Passage temporarily with the intention of taking them up later, in<br />

To enact Part VI of Title 19 of the <strong>Louisiana</strong> Revised Statutes of<br />
1950, to be comprised of R.S. 19:251 through 258, relative to<br />
expropriation by the town of Bernice; to authorize the governing<br />
authority of the town to expropriate by a declaration of taking;<br />
to define terms; to provide for procedures; to provide for<br />
purposes of the expropriation; and to provide for related<br />
matters.<br />
