To amend and reenact Code of Civil Procedure Art. 966(B), relative<br />
to summary judgment procedure; to provide that the adverse<br />
party shall file opposing affidavits and any memorandum in<br />
support thereof, at least four days prior to the date of the<br />
hearing; to provide for exceptions; and to provide for related<br />
matters.<br />
