I Call to Order MINUTES OF SMART BOARD MEETING DECEMBER 21, 2005 1:30 PM-3:30 PM Sonoma County Board of Supervisor Chambers 575 Administration Drive, Room 100A Santa Rosa, CA Chairman Jehn brought the meeting to order. The following Directors were present: Hal Brown Jim Eddie Pat Eklund Mike Healy Charles McGlashan Barbara Pahre Tim Smith Al Boro Mike Kerns Absent: Deborah Fudge, Peter Breen II Minutes of the November 16, 2005 SMART Meeting Chair Jehn asked for approval of the November 16, 2005 SMART Board meeting minutes. Director Boro moved to approve the minutes, Director Kerns seconded, and it was unanimously approved. III Consent Agenda Chair Jehn stated that staff requested the removal of Agenda Item XI. Greg Dion, County Counsel, explained that outside counsel from the City of Santa Rosa asked that due to pending arbitration they felt it should not be discussed. With that change, Chair Jehn brought up the Consent Agenda and asked for approval. Director Boro moved the item and Director Kerns seconded. With no dissenting votes, the Consent Agenda passed unanimously. IV Agenda Review Chair Jehn asked if there were any other changes to the Agenda from staff or the Board. Hearing none, he stated the Agenda would stand with the exclusion of Item XI. Page 1
