2. Course structure and formulation
❍ CGAP course/s - Accounting for MFIs, Financial Analysis, Training of Trainers (DQ&IR; FA)
❍ CGAP (adapted) - Business Planning for microfinance, Credit Appraisal, Management
Information Systems, Operational Risk Management
❍ EDA's course/s - Internal Audit, Improving Operating Efficiencies
❍ * - the ToTs can be organised in any of the courses (in addition to those mentioned above)
3. Course Fee/s
❍ 3-day courses: Business Planning, Credit Appraisal, Internal Audit, Improving Operating
Efficiencies - Rs15,000 or US$350 per participant
❍ 4-day courses: Accounting for MFIs, Financial Analysis, Management Information Systems,
Operational Risk Management - Rs18,000 or US$450 per participant
❍ 5-6 day course: Training of Trainers - Rs25,000 or US$575 per participant
❍ Course fees are inclusive of training fee, lodging & boarding arrangements at the training
venue and pick-up & drop facility for outstation participants.
4. Participation will be accepted on a "first-come, first served" basis. In case of rescheduling/
cancellation of an event, advance intimation will be provided
5. Proposed venue: TERI Retreat, Gurgaon. This is an environment-friendly residential facility in natural
settings, with state-of-the-art training arrangements
6. training can also be organised on the client's request at their choice of the venue, logistical
arrangements will be the responsibility of the hosts
