CPE Quizzer Instructions<br />
This CPE Quizzer is divided into four Modules. To obtain CPE Credit, go<br />
to <strong>CCH</strong>Group.com/PrintCPE to complete your Quizzers online for immediate<br />
results and no Express Grading Fee. There is a grading fee for each<br />
Quizzer submission.<br />
Processing Fee:<br />

$60.00 for Module 2<br />
$60.00 for Module 3<br />
$48.00 for Module 4<br />
$228.00 for all Modules<br />
Recommended CPE:<br />
5 hours for Module 1<br />
5 hours for Module 2<br />
5 hours for Module 3<br />
4 hours for Module 4<br />
19 hours for all Modules<br />
Instructions for purchasing your CPE Tests and accessing them after purchase<br />
are provided on the <strong>CCH</strong>Group.com/PrintCPE website.<br />
To mail or fax your Quizzer, send your completed Answer Sheet for each<br />
Quizzer Module to <strong>CCH</strong> Continuing Education Department, 4025 W.<br />
Peterson Ave., Chicago, IL 60646, or fax it to (773) 866-3084. Each Quizzer<br />
Answer Sheet will be graded and a CPE Certificate of Completion awarded<br />
for achieving a grade of 70 percent or greater. The Quizzer Answer Sheets<br />
are located at the back of this book.<br />
Express Grading: Processing time for your mailed or faxed Answer Sheet is<br />
generally 8-12 business days. To use our Express Grading Service, at an additional<br />
$19 per Module, please check the “Express Grading” box on your<br />
Answer Sheet and provide your <strong>CCH</strong> account or credit card number and<br />
your fax number. <strong>CCH</strong> will fax your results and a Certificate of Completion<br />
(upon achieving a passing grade) to you by 5:00 p.m. the business day<br />
following our receipt of your Answer Sheet. If you mail your Answer Sheet<br />
for Express Grading, please write “ATTN: CPE OVERNIGHT” on the<br />
envelope. NOTE: <strong>CCH</strong> will not Federal Express Quizzer results under<br />
any circumstances.<br />
Recommended CPE credit is based on a 50-minute hour. Participants earning credits for states<br />
that require self-study to be based on a 100-minute hour will receive ½ the CPE credits for<br />
successful completion of this course. Because CPE requirements vary from state to state and<br />
among different licensing agencies, please contact your CPE governing body for information<br />
on your CPE requirements and the applicability of a particular course for your requirements.
