It is the purpose <strong>of</strong> <strong>Bellevue</strong>’s Specialized<br />
Recreation Program to provide people who<br />
have disabilities with opportunities for<br />
recreation, socialization, and learning so<br />
that they can participate more successfully<br />
in the life <strong>of</strong> our community. People living<br />
with disabilities are encouraged to participate<br />
in any <strong>of</strong> the Recreation Division<br />
Programs in which they are interested.<br />
Volunteers are an important part <strong>of</strong> Highland<br />
Center. If you are interested in being a<br />
