ACMM/APMC Session Sponsor $2,200 At least twenty opportunities exist for organisations to associate themselves with Plenary Sessions which will be held Tuesday – Thursday with up to two international renowned speakers per session. Please see the conference website for information on plenary session speakers. Subject to sponsorship approval by organising committee. Entitlements include: Recognition as Conference Sponsor • Acknowledgement on official Conference website with logo and hyperlink to organisation’s website • Organisation’s logo to be included within all conference circulars (subject to printing deadlines) • Organisation’s logo on the front cover of the Conference Handbook (subject to printing deadlines) • Verbal acknowledgment of your sponsorship by the session chair during the sponsored session • Display of organisation logo on a looped PowerPoint slide shown in your session room prior to the selected session • Organisation’s pull up banner displayed in the session room throughout Plenary Access to Delegates • Opportunity to address the delegates with a short address at the Symposium Opening • Delegate list (does not include contact details) to be made available as a PDF document emailed 14 days prior to the event, as well as a PDF list emailed after the event. Exhibition Opportunities The APMC 10, ICONN 2012 and ACMM 22 event will be held at the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre situated along Mounts Bay Road, Perth. Sessions will be held on level 2 in selected meeting rooms, with the exhibition located on level 1 in the Exhibition Pavilions along with Poster Sessions and Daily Catering. Exhibitors will receive maximum exposure and extensive opportunities for networking with delegates. Extra Exhibitor Staff Registrations $450 incl. GST Extra staff on the exhibition booth will have access to a reduced exhibitor registration fee. Price includes - Name badge, Daily catering, Happy Hours Conference Satchel and Conference Handbook Excludes - Session attendance, Conference Banquet and Conference Proceedings. Trade Display Furniture Additional furniture and equipment can be hired from the trade display contractor, Perth Expo Hire, which will contact each exhibitor directly to provide a furniture catalogue and request power loading and correct name to be displayed on fascia The Exhibition will be sited in Pavilions 1 & 2 and will be open to delegates between Monday 6 February – Thursday 9 February 2012.
