Terms and Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions apply to ALL
Sponsorship and Exhibition Packages:
Booking Confirmation & Delivery Of Benefits
• All prices listed in this document are in Australian Dollars
and are inclusive of GST
• Applications are not considered until receipt of
Sponsorship & Exhibition Booking Form
• Acceptance of Sponsorship & Exhibition application
will be subject to Committee approval (please note, the
Committee reserve the right to decline applications)
• No industry exclusivity in any category is offered but we
will endeavour to avoid allocating sponsors with similar
business or conflicts of interest to the same category.
• 50% non-refundable deposit must be forwarded with
this application form for Packages Confirmed prior to 31
October 2011, balance to be paid by 31 October 2011
• Bookings received after 31 October 2011 must be
accompanied with Full Payment
• Payment of deposit required at the time of your booking,
entitlements may not be fulfilled if deposit payment has
not been received
• The Conference Committee and the Organisers will take
the upmost care to fulfil all listed benefits
• Concern that benefits have not been met must be
advised in writing to the Conference Secretariat prior to
the event
• All handbook advertising material and artwork must be
provided by the sponsor at the sponsor’s own cost and
provided to EECW Pty Ltd prior to 15 January 2012
• The sponsor is responsible for any displays and banners
supplied and erected at the Conference and must
coordinate with EECW Pty Ltd prior to the event
• Inclusions in the Conference print material may be
forfeited if sponsorship is not confirmed and payment
received prior to printing deadlines
• Sponsors are responsible for the security of their own
equipment and materials whilst at the Conference
Cancellation Policy
If the Sponsorship or Trade Display Package can be resold to
another company, the company will receive a full refund, less
50% of their deposit. If not able to be resold, the company
will be liable to pay 50% of the total Sponsorship/Exhibition
fee, if the cancellation request is received in writing prior to
30 November 2011.
Any Cancellations received after 30 November forfeits 100%
of their deposit.
Any refunds of deposits paid will be made after the
Conference but no later than 31 February 2012. The
company will not be entitled to any interest that the
organiser may have derived from deposits made by the
company. All bank charges, including senders and receiver’s
charges, resulting from a refund related to cancellation of
a sponsorship/trade display items will be passed on to the
sponsor/exhibitor.
