Internet Lounge Sponsor $10,000 One opportunity exists for an organisation to sponsor the official Conference Internet Lounge which will be available to all delegates, speakers and exhibitors at the conference. Situated in a prominent location the internet café will be a well-appointed facility. Entitlements include: Recognition as Conference Sponsor • Organisations homepage default on all terminals • Organisations logo set up at desk top background on all terminals • Acknowledgement on official Conference website with logo and hyperlink to organisation’s website • Organisation’s logo on a Sponsors Recognition Board • Display of organisation logo on a looped PowerPoint slide shown in session rooms prior to and between the commencement of sessions • Opportunity to place pull up banners in internet lounge and other branding material (e.g. mouse pads, etc) at sponsors discretion Access to Delegates • Delegate list (does not include contact details) to be made available as a PDF document emailed 14 days prior to the event, as well as a PDF list emailed after the event. Poster Session & $8,800 Happy Hour Sponsorship Poster sessions will be held in conjunction with Happy Hour following sessions on Monday Tuesday and Wednesday i.e. 3 slots are available for sponsorship. Each symposium will run for the duration of the conference in concurrent sessions consisting of invited talks, oral and poster presentations.
