once. Pacific Waters Spa will customize group packages and treatments for<br />

In an effort to maintain the tranquility of the <strong>spa</strong> we respectfully insist<br />
that all pagers and cell phones are switched off. Our Spa facility welcomes<br />
all guests 18 years of age and older and our full-service salon welcomes all<br />
guests over the age of 4.<br />
general information<br />
Locker, robe, slippers, towels, and other amenities are all provided.<br />
Please leave jewelry and valuables in your in-room safe. We are not<br />
responsible for personal belongings. The consumption of alcohol before,<br />
during, or directly after <strong>spa</strong> treatments is not recommended.<br />
day of your <strong>spa</strong> experience<br />
Please check in at the <strong>spa</strong> reception desk at least 30 minutes prior to your<br />
appointment. Please leave all valuables secured in your hotel in-room<br />
safe-deposit box. Communication is the key—we highly recommend that<br />
prior to your service you consult with your therapist about any concerns<br />
or areas of focus.<br />
appointments and cancellations<br />
There will be no charge if a service is cancelled or rescheduled more than<br />
four hours prior to the appointment time. Cancellations within four hours<br />
of the appointment time will be charged in full. In the event that you are<br />
late for an appointment, we will be happy to provide the remaining<br />
portion of your allotted time service.
