Federal and State Grant revenues are awarded to the City by various federal and state government agencies. The City's overall goal is
to pursue grants that enhance the quality of City services and reduce the City's financial burden. Efforts to increase funding from the
State are continuing.
Beginning in 2005, State Pension Aid is shown as a revenue. Prior to 2005, State Pension Aid was budgeted as an offset to the City's
entire pension expenditure.
