Prior to joining Noveda, Rao was

Science Group Corp. In April 2011,
he was honoured by the Liberty
Science Center for his dedication

than 15 years of global business
experience to the board, including
leadership roles in the lighting
industry, building products,
specialty chemicals, and coatings.
Serge Leblanc, former vicepresident

has named Joel Worthington the new vicepresident
of operations. Worthington has
worked as a franchise consultant and in franchise
development for Mr. Electric over the past 2.5
years. As a previous employee of The Dwyer
Group, he has an “excellent track record for high
quality performance” and has over 20 years of
experience in sales, management, and training, said
