RGS Roles for Municipalities Strategy 2.1.4 d Support the economic development of Special Employment Areas, post secondary institutions and hospitals through land use and transportation Strategy 2.2.4 a Identify Industrial areas Strategy 2.2.4 b i Support and protect industrial uses District OCP Actions • The economic development of Capilano University is to be integrated with the District’s urban structure, i.e. the Network of Centres concept that coordinates land use and transportation planning (Policy 2.2.8).
