Definition
Information management is the collection, storage, dissemination, archiving and appropriate destruction of
project information. Information reporting takes information and presents it in an appropriate format which
includes the formal communication of project information to stakeholders.

stakeholders, ensuring all of their information needs are met.

Ensures compliance with the organisation’s data and information policies and any
regulatory requirements.

5 Audits the use of the project information management and reporting system.

Level D: Has the knowledge required and may execute some of the indicators in supporting a
project manager and/or project team.
