Make your dinner interactive with five food stations inspired by the sea. Have your lobsters cooked<br />
and prepared right in front of you by one of our chefs, and enjoy the largest selection of seafood we<br />
have to offer.<br />
LOBSTER BOIL STATION<br />
Watch one of our chefs cook and prepare your fresh, local lobster for you while you wait.<br />
Served with fresh lemon and warm drawn butter.<br />
COLD SEAFOOD DISPLAY<br />
Includes an impressive tower of cold jumbo shrimp and your own chef shucking fresh oysters.<br />
Served with an assortment of condiments including cocktail sauce, horseradish, fresh cracked<br />
pepper, Tabasco sauce, fresh cut lemons, homemade Cajun mayo and spirits.<br />
SEAFOOD SAUTÉ STATION<br />
Ours chefs will be serving up Nova Scotia mussels and Digby scallops,<br />
sautéed right in front of you with your choice of spicy Thai sauce, seasonal fruit chutneys, herbed<br />
garlic and white wine sauce as well as a tomato and basil broth. While you’re there, warm up with a<br />
bowl of our delicious Lunenburg Seafood Chowder.<br />
