OUTOKUMPU COPPER BELT (Target: large, high grade Outokumpu Type deposits)
1. Kuusjarvi : 4km zone of Outokumpu Mine Sequence (‘OKU’), 15km SW of Keretti Mine (ice road access)
2. Teyrisuo & Viurusuo : ZTEM targets in OKU mine sequence, NE and SW along strike from Keretti Mine
3. Sola : Strong ZTEM conductor, ~15km east of Keretti Mine, south of Altona’s Kylylahti Cu mine
FinnAust has joined Mondo Minerals, Altona Mining, GTK (Finland Geological Survey), Tekes (Finnish Funding Agency
for Technology and Innovation) , and The University of Helsinki in The “OKU Brownfield Project” a major geophysical
research project (including ZTEM) over the Outokumpu Copper Belt starting in 2013. GTK will lead the Project.
HAMMASLAHTI COPPER MINE (Target: VMS Type deposits)
1. Target 1 : drill ZTEM anomaly in favorable structural setting, 2km east of Hammaslahti Cu mine
2. Target 2 : drill extensions to main Hammaslahti copper ore shoot. Aim to define mineral resource
