Implementation Plan – Parks, <strong>Trails</strong>, <strong>and</strong> <strong>Open</strong> <strong>Space</strong> Facilities<br />
The Implementation Plan (Table 8‐2) in this chapter summarizes the plan recommendations <strong>and</strong><br />
identifies potential partnering or collaboration opportunities, estimated cost, potential funding options<br />
<strong>and</strong> recommended timeframe for implementation. The Implementation Plan is subject to further<br />
refinement <strong>and</strong> will be used to develop the annual Parks Action Plan <strong>and</strong> budget.<br />
This Implementation Plan is intended to focus on priorities for the next 5 to 10 years. It is based on the<br />
following time framework for short, medium, <strong>and</strong> long‐term priorities:<br />
Short‐Term: 0‐2 years<br />
Mid‐Term: 3‐5 years<br />
Long‐Term: 6‐10 years <strong>and</strong> beyond<br />
