Ten thousands of Europeans travel to Morocco every<br />
winter in their mobile homes: German workers, Finnish<br />
managers, people from different countries and social<br />
classes. Many have sold their houses and given away<br />
possessions once held dear. Now they settle in trailer<br />
parks – remote, city-like camping lots – to live out a<br />
dream of freedom and permanent vacation. They resist<br />
growing old, withdrawing from the cycles of the seasons<br />
and the social obligations of their former homes.<br />
