To amend and reenact the introductory paragraph of R.S. 36:801 and<br />
to enact R.S. 36:610(J) and Subpart I-1 of Part I of Chapter 2 of<br />
Title 56 of the <strong>Louisiana</strong> Revised Statutes of 1950, to be<br />
comprised of R.S. 56:799.1 through 799.4, relative to the White<br />
Lake Property Fund; to create the White Lake Property Fund in<br />
the state treasury as a fund within the <strong>Louisiana</strong> Wildlife and<br />
Fisheries Conservation Fund; to provide for deposits of monies<br />
into the fund; to provide for investment and uses of monies in<br />
the fund; to create the White Lake Property Advisory Board; to<br />
provide for its domicile, membership, and duties; to authorize<br />
the board to solicit and accept donations; to provide for an<br />
effective date; and to provide for related matters.<br />

To enact R.S. 11:3363(G), relative to local retirement; to provide<br />
with respect to the Firefighters' Pension and Relief Fund for the<br />
city of New Orleans; to authorize the New Orleans Firefighters<br />
Association, Local 632 and the Firefighters' Pension and Relief<br />
Fund for the city of New Orleans to negotiate a cooperative<br />
endeavor agreement with the city of New Orleans pursuant to<br />
the Supreme Court of <strong>Louisiana</strong> decision in "NEW ORLEANS<br />
FIREFIGHTERS LOCAL 632 ET AL. versus THE CITY OF<br />
NEW ORLEANS ET AL.," bearing number 00-C-1921 c/w<br />
number 00-C-2041; to provide for an effective date; and to<br />
provide for related matters.<br />
