On page 2, at the end of line 5 insert the following:<br />

“However, notwithstanding any other provision of this Section<br />

to the contrary, the office of property and causality shall not approve<br />

an annual increase greater than ten percent.”<br />

Senator N. Gautreaux moved adoption of the amendments.<br />

automatically receive a ten percent reduction in their insurance rates.”<br />
