AN ACT<br />

To enact R.S. 32:403.5, relative to drivers' licenses; to provide for the<br />

issuance of drivers' licenses to persons using bioptic telescopic<br />

lenses; to provide conditions and limitations for licensing; to<br />

provide driving restrictions; and to provide for related matters.<br />

The bill was read by title. Senator Heitmeier moved the final<br />

passage of the bill.<br />
