AN ACT<br />
To enact R.S. 11:769, relative to the employee contributions of a<br />
member of the Teachers' Retirement System of <strong>Louisiana</strong>; to<br />
guarantee payment of a member's accumulated employee<br />
contributions to the member, as survivor benefits, or to the<br />
member's estate; to provide for an effective date; and to provide<br />
for related matters.<br />

and 246.1, relative to health insurance; to provide with respect<br />
to pilot health insurance programs established by the<br />
Department of Insurance, including LaChoice; to provide for<br />
criteria for such pilot programs; and to provide for related<br />
matters.<br />
