AN ACT<br />
To amend and reenact R.S. 42:284(B), relative to local finance; to<br />
provide relative to the requirement that certain parish officials<br />
and entities submit expenditure reports to the parish governing<br />
authority and clerk of court; to exempt parish sheriffs from<br />
certain requirements; and to provide for related matters.<br />

officer involved, the citizen making the complaint, a summary of<br />
investigatory findings and disciplinary action, demotion or dismissal<br />
and other outcome shall become a public record.”<br />
