96 16. Glossary (cont.) Term Financier First Instalment Meaning Westpac as lender of the Bank Loan. $0.40 per Unit payable on Application, being 40% of the Application Price. Forecast Period The period from the date of Final Allocation to 30 June 2009. Gearing Ratio In respect of the Trust, the ratio of the principal outstanding under the Bank Loan to the value of the Trust's Property Interest. In respect of an Investor, the ratio of the aggregate of principal outstanding under the Bank Loan and the Final Instalment to the value of the Trust's Property Interest. 97 Term Net Tangible Assets or NTA NTA per Unit Offer Meaning The Net Tangible Assets is calculated as: - the gross assets of the trust excluding any intangible assets; - less liabilities of the trust (excluding liabilities to unitholders); - plus other A-IFRS adjustments as considered necessary by the responsible entity to bring to account in order that the Net Tangible Assets for the particular calculation period may fairly represent the net tangible assets of the trust for that period.
