SELF-STORAGE FACILITIES
Square Footage – No square footage limitation, but limited to 12 buildings per location
Annual Gross Revenue – $6,000,000 maximum per location
Total Insured Value (TIV) – $10,000,000 total of buildings and personal property per location
Building Age – Greater than 30 years without updates to the heating, roof, electrical and plumbing
systems are ineligible
Construction – Frame unacceptable, otherwise all other ISO construction types
Height – More than 3 stories are ineligible
Ineligible:
‣ Cold storage
‣ Industrial materials, chemicals or waste
‣ Outdoor storage of motorized vehicles including campers, boats and recreational vehicles
‣ Sales of 5% or more of total revenue from the removal or disposal of customer’s property
WHOLESALE RISKS
Square Footage –100,000 maximum (35,000 for storage buildings)
Annual Gross Revenue – $20,000,000 maximum per location
Total Insured Value (TIV) – $20,000,000 for the total of buildings and personal property per
location
Building Age – Greater than 30 years without updates to the heating, roof, electrical and plumbing
systems are ineligible
Construction – Frame require automatic sprinkler systems, otherwise all other ISO construction
types
Height – more than 2 stories are ineligible
Ineligible:
‣ Floor Area Open to Public greater than 25% of total floor area
‣ Operations of manufactures’ representative or contractors
‣ Retail Operations more than 25% of Sales
