UNDERWRITING / PRICING GUIDE<br />

Welcome to the <strong>AmTrust</strong> Businessowners product. Our goal is to provide excellent coverage,<br />

at fair prices, with ease of use. Thank you for considering our product.<br />

CUSTOMER CARE AND POLICY MAINTENANCE<br />

QUOTATIONS, UNDERWRITING ACCEPTABILITY AND BINDING<br />

Eligible risks may be quoted by Agents Online at:<br />

www.amtrustgroup.com<br />

Both Property [building and/or business personal property] and Commercial General Liability<br />

covering that property must be provided under the <strong>AmTrust</strong> <strong>BOP</strong> Policy.<br />

Omission is not authorization, so please refer any risk that is not clearly shown as eligible to<br />

avoid any awkward situations.<br />

Upon binding new business appointed Agents will receive a policy number and a pdf policy will<br />

be emailed to the Agent within 24 hours. A hard copy policy will be mailed to the agent within<br />

5 business days and any invoices for payments will be mailed directly to the Insured. Agents<br />

that first bind policies, not those that first quote, are considered the Agent of Record, any<br />

multiple bindings will be resolved as such barring any Record of Agent letters. Renewal<br />

quotes and policies will be issued directly to Insured’s with notification to the Agent.<br />

ELIGIBILITY TYPES<br />

The following types of businesses are generally eligible for coverage:<br />

Apartments, Residential Condominiums and Townhouses<br />

Convenience Food Stores<br />

Grocery Stores and Supermarkets<br />

Motels<br />

Offices<br />

Restaurants – Currently only Fast Food and Limited Service<br />

Mercantile/Retail<br />

Self Storage<br />

Service and Processing Store<br />

Wholesalers<br />

Lessors Risk (LRO) eligible occupancies excluding all Motels or Restaurant Risk Types<br />
