Token Ring UTP to Fibre Media Converters<br />
• Autosense 4-/16-Mbps Token Ring.<br />
• Support both active and passive Token Ring MAUs and<br />
concentrators.<br />
• The UTP crossover switch eliminates crossed cables.<br />
• Network distance up to 20 kilometres on single-mode fibre optic<br />
cable or up to 2.5 kilometres on multimode fibre optic cable.<br />
• Self-configure automatically to operate on Token Ring main<br />
ring as well as lobe connections.<br />
T1/E1 Copper to Fibre Line Drivers<br />
• Extend T1/E1 over fibre.<br />
• Convert coax and twisted pair to multimode or single-mode fibre.<br />
• Feature a crossover switch on the RJ-45/RJ-48 port for easy<br />
connections to equipment.<br />
• Equipped with dry relay contacts for connection to alarm<br />
equipment on Pins 3 and 6 of the RJ-45 connector.<br />
• LEDs display the T1/E1 link status, diagnostic modes of operation,<br />
and line segment errors.<br />
• Support AMI, B8ZS,<br />
and HDB3 line codes.<br />
