ChannelName – Logical name given to the Output Channel of this connection.<br />

Hardware_Config( ) – See Section 8.2 for the syntax of the Hardware_Config( ) structure.<br />

TS_program_map_section( ) – This is the entire PMT section for the Output Channel as<br />

defined in ISO/IEC 13818-1. If the Splicer changes the PMT, it should signal this change to<br />

the Server with a Result Code 128 in the General_Response message.<br />

7.14. General_Response Message<br />

The General_Response message is used to convey asynchronous information between the<br />

Server and the Splicer. There is no data( ) associated with this message. Any Result Code<br />

may be sent in this message. This message will typically be used to indicate Output<br />

Channel PMT changes or invalid Request messages.<br />
